What is Pokémon Go?

Pokémon Go moves the Pokémon concept into the real world and blends it with AR (Augmented Reality). This means that the Pokémon Go game will get you up and moving around, so don’t expect to be sitting around on the couch for long.

Pokemon Go tips & tricks

Pokémon Go is played in the real world and puts your avatar onto your current GPS location. You can switch between a Google Maps view and an AR view that is created using your smartphone’s camera.

Pokemon Go

The game begins with the choosing of your first Pokémon from a choice of Charmander, Bulbasaur or Squirtle. Each Pokémon character has strengths and weaknesses against other Pokémon. So Grass types are weak against Fire types, while Water types are strong against Fire types.

After this, the Pokémon Go game encourages you to go out and walk around your environment, in order to find new Pokémon to add to your collection, along with special items that can be used within the game.
