Mobilephones.com Limited shall not be responsible to you for any indirect consequential or economic or special loss or damage or for any loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of profits or use, any deletion, corruption, destruction or loss of removal of data, loss of goodwill or loss of reputation or any financial loss.

Mobilephones.com uses heat mapping software to track the performance of specific pages in relation to customer experience, this doesn't collect any identifiable data regarding you as a customer. It may use cookies to determine whether or not you are a regular visitor, but none of the information regarding your experience on the site will be passed onto third parties - it will be used only to improve site performance and user experience.

Personal details like phone numbers, names and addresses aren't collected by this software.

Competition Terms and Conditions

Privacy: Your details will not be passed on to any other companies. We will choose a winner at the end of the month and send you an email within seven days of the end of the month to let you know whether you have won. By entering the competition you allow us to use your mobile phone review on our website (we keep your details anonymous) and you agree to subscribe to our newsletter. Winners of competitions must send us their picture and allow us to publish this on our website together with the city/town they are from. We would also welcome a statement from each winner, although this is not compulsory. Winners will receive their prize after we have received their photo. Phones (which have sometimes been opened by us for filming purposes) are new, can take any UK network SIM card and are usually delivered by Royal Mail 2 to 3 working days after receipt of the winner's photo. The phone may be locked to a network provider and cannot be used with any other network. Winners can unlock the phone however this must be done at their own cost. The competition is only open to UK residents.

Discount line rental and free gifts - What are these?

You will find a selection of our contract mobile phone deals come with offers including either a free gift and/or free line rental which effectively reduces the amount you pay over the course of your contract.

If your chosen deal includes a free gift this is sent within 3 days on receipt of your handset (may take up to 28 days, terms and conditions apply). If your chosen deal includes discounted line rental it means you pay for your full line rental each month and then claim the discount back at certain intervals throughout the term of your contract.

All gifts are sent automatically upon receipt of your handset and there is no need to claim to receive your free gift.

Why free gifts and cashback may not be paid

  • If any monthly bills are not paid in full
  • You do not remain on the original tariff and number (or ported)
  • If your account is not up to date with payments
  • If the airtime bills are not sent with the correct name or account
  • If your claim voucher is not received within allowed days from the date set out on your claim form
  • If your airtime contract has been disconnected
  • If the incorrect monthly bill is received

We reserve the right to refuse any application that we believe to be fraudulent.
